Dustin Zarick
STUDENT MINISTRIES PASTOR
Dusty Zarick is passionate about three things: Jesus, family, and the local church. He married the love of his life, Melony Zarick, in 2011 and they now have two children, Adeline and Jaxon. Dusty was called into ministry as a sophomore in high school and that has been his journey ever since. He has served in full time ministry for over 9 years in a variety of roles from church planting to worship, but has primarily served in youth ministry. He believes in students wholeheartedly, and that they are not the church of tomorrow, but the church of today.
JANICE ZARICK
MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Janice has been a part of Youth Church for over 30 years! Janice organizes events and projects as well as oversees budgets for Youth Church. However, her real passion is encouraging young people to grow in their relationship with Christ and helping them to find and develop their gifts and use them for ministry. Janice had been married to her husband Ed for 36 years. They have two boys, Eddie, who is a fire fighter, and Dusty, who is the student ministries pastor. And no one brings joy like her grandkids, Adeline, Jaxon, and Thomas.
Mike Goicoechea
ASSOCIATE STUDENT PASTOR
Mike Goicoechea is a product of Chi Alpha collegiate ministries. He met his wife, Angela, at FGCU where they were both a part of Chi Alpha. It was there that he developed a heart for sincere discipleship and received his call to ministry. Mike focused his studies on philosophy, which led him to a love of apologetics (the intellectual defense of the Christian faith). Prior to joining the YC staff, he traveled to local high schools and middle schools to teach apologetics geared for the youth. Mike and Angela are excited to help disciple the next generation!
